QUICKSTART ACADEMY

Our Quickstart program introduces young players to the game of tennis in a fun, focused, and age-appropriate environment. The program is primarily age-based, allowing kids to learn alongside peers their own age, while also providing room for players to progress early if they meet specific rally and skill requirements. Players learn essential racket skills, develop focus and cooperation through partner drills, and are introduced to the fundamentals of all strokes. Beyond technique, players build athletic foundations—lateral movement, change of direction, rotational strength, hand-eye coordination, and full-body movement coordination—that support both tennis performance and overall athletic development. Whether a player is just getting started or ready to rally, our ROG program provides the structure, challenge, and encouragement every young athlete needs to grow and have fun on court.

Red Ball

Players 4-6 years old

Our Red Ball program introduces young players to tennis through fun games and movement-based activities. Using smaller courts, lower nets, and softer balls, players learn how to rally, track the ball, and move with balance and coordination. They develop essential racket skills, hand-eye coordination, and an understanding of basic tennis concepts such as what’s in and what’s out. The focus is on cooperation, focus, and foundational athletic skills like lateral movement, change of direction, and balance, creating a fun and engaging start to their tennis journey.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Saturday: 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.

$23/class – Must register for the month

Orange Ball

Players 7-10 years old

The Orange Ball program builds on foundational skills while introducing more structure and longer rallies. Players learn the fundamentals of all strokes, improve their rally consistency, and begin to apply technique in both cooperative and competitive drills. They continue developing key athletic abilities—including agility, rotational strength, and coordination —while learning to focus and work effectively with partners. This stage introduces scoring, point play, and tactical awareness in a way that keeps tennis challenging, fun, and confidence-building.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Saturday: 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

$23/class – Must register for the month

Green Ball/Yellow Ball

Players 11-17 years old

Our Green Ball program helps players refine their technique, movement, and decision-making as they prepare for full-court play and future competition. Players work on control, spin, and placement, learning to construct points and play with consistency and intention. Training emphasizes movement coordination, balance, and power development through athletic drills that support both performance and injury prevention. This program bridges the gap between skill development and performance training, giving players the tools and confidence to take their game to the next stage of the pathway.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Saturday: 11:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.

$34.50/class – Must register for the month

PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

This is for intermediate players who desire to play high school tennis or beyond. Players must have had match play experience and play in USTA and ALTA leagues. Players will learn match play strategies, increase rallying abilities, and improve proper technique.

Performance I

Players 7-17 years old

Performance is for entry-level competitive players building foundational skills and consistency (typically training 1–2 days per week with limited tournament play). This group focuses on developing sound movement, ball control, and match fundamentals. Players are introduced to competition and encouraged to begin tournament participation. Performance serves as the foundation for progression into higher commitment groups.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.

$46/class – Must register for the month

HIGH PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

High Performance will work to improve students’ overall performance in a focused environment. We work on ball recognition, footwork patterns, angles to the ball, shot selection, mental toughness, and competitive match play awareness. We will work to improve ball control and to develop a well-rounded game while understanding the unique identity of each individual player. HP will develop all aspects of a complete player, including the physical, mental, and emotional components.

High Performance II

High Performance 2 is for developing competitive players (typically 1.5–3.0 UTR) training 2–4 days per week and competing in up to 10 tournaments annually. This group bridges the gap between Performance and HP1, helping players build consistency, confidence, and competitive habits. Emphasis is placed on increasing tournament exposure, structured training, and overall engagement in development. HP2 prepares players for progression into HP1.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.

$50/class – Must register for the month

High Performance I

Players 11-17 years old

High Performance 1 is designed for highly committed players (typically 3.0+ UTR) training 4–6 days per week and competing in 10–12+ tournaments annually. This group emphasizes advanced development, competitive readiness, and full engagement in the training process. Players are expected to supplement academy sessions with additional match play, movement training, and film study. HP1 represents the highest level of commitment within the program.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.

$50/class – Must register for the month

High Performance Movement Prep

Movement Prep focuses on teaching players how to use their bodies efficiently and athletically. Rather than just running drills, players learn how to load, push, rotate, and recover in ways that translate directly to match play. These sessions directly support on-court lessons and group practices by giving players the physical tools to execute what they are learning technically and tactically: better balance and stability when hitting under pressure; improved first step, recovery, and court positioning; stronger use of the legs and core for power and control; reduced risk of injury through better movement patterns; and more confidence moving to wide balls and changing direction.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:00 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.

$12.50/session – Must register per class, at least 24 hours in advance
